Go ahead and pat yourself on the back, Brunonians: For the second year in a row, Brown has been given the top grade in the College Sustainability Report Card, an annual report which tracks what universities are doing to make themselves more sustainable. Your efforts have placed us in an 11-way tie with a few other, *ahem*, flashier names (read: Harvard and Yale), all sharing the top grade of A- and designation as “Overall College Sustainability Leaders”.
But lets not stop there. Let’s take it a step further. Let’s get the administration to enact more aggressive reforms and open up the endowment to be more transparent. Let’s make Brown a university on the cutting edge of sustainability and green living.
Let’s go.
